This private residence was designed to seamlessly blend refined interior architecture with a fully integrated smart home and entertainment experience. ESAV Solutions was appointed to deliver a complete technology package that would enhance day-to-day living while remaining visually discreet and intuitive to use throughout the home and gardens.

At the heart of the property sits a Savant Home Automation platform, providing the homeowner with effortless control of lighting, climate, audio, video, shading and security from a single interface. Whether using wall keypads, mobile devices or automated scenes, the system allows the home to adapt instantly to different moods, times of day and entertainment scenarios.

Lighting throughout the house is controlled via a KNX lighting system, carefully programmed to complement the architectural details, bespoke joinery and artwork. Subtle scene transitions, feature illumination and integrated accent lighting work together to create warm, elegant spaces while maintaining energy efficiency. KNX HVAC control was also integrated, ensuring precise temperature management across multiple zones, delivering both comfort and performance without visual clutter.

A robust enterprise-grade network and WiFi infrastructure underpins the entire property, providing fast, reliable connectivity for all smart systems, streaming services and personal devices. This foundation allows the home to perform flawlessly whether hosting guests, streaming high-resolution media or managing multiple systems simultaneously.

Multiroom audio and video distribution was installed throughout the house, allowing music and video content to be enjoyed seamlessly in living areas, dining spaces, the kitchen and beyond. Carefully selected in-ceiling and in-wall speakers maintain a clean aesthetic while delivering high-quality sound that can be synchronised across the home or controlled independently in each room.

For immersive entertainment, a dedicated home cinema space was created featuring a 5.2.2 Dolby Atmos surround sound system paired with a Sony 100-inch display. The result is a cinematic experience with exceptional clarity, depth and impact, whether watching films, live sport or streaming content. Acoustic treatment, lighting control and system integration ensure the room performs at a reference level while remaining simple to operate.

Externally, Sonance landscape audio was discreetly installed throughout the gardens, delivering even, natural sound coverage for outdoor entertaining without compromising the carefully landscaped environment. Audio zones were tuned to blend into the surroundings, allowing music to enhance the outdoor experience without drawing attention to the technology itself.

Security was a key consideration, with a fully integrated CCTV and door entry system providing peace of mind while maintaining the home’s clean design. 4K cameras and smart access control are accessible through the Savant platform, allowing the homeowner to monitor and manage security from anywhere.

Lutron automated shades were incorporated throughout the property, offering smooth, silent operation and precise daylight control. Integrated with lighting and climate scenes, the shades enhance comfort, protect interiors from solar gain and add a final layer of luxury to the overall experience.
